Bushra Ferdous Khan
She earned her M.Sc. in Agricultural and Applied Economics from Texas Tech University. Prior to that, she completed her MBA with a concentration in Finance from Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka.
Bushra volunteers for different development organizations from around the world as a Project Development and Grants Proposal Writing Consultant. She won the United Nations Online Volunteering Award in the years 2012 (individually) and 2013 (as part of team Ann Foundation) in recognition of her contributions.
She also advices several for-profit start-ups as she is passionate about building sustainable, socially and environmentally responsible business models.

Winner of United Nations Online Volunteer Award 2013, as part of Ann Foundation team, for taking online English classes of a batch of underprivileged children coming from slum and semi-slum background living in Kolkata, India.
Winner of United Nations Online Volunteer Award 2012 , individually, for helping write a project proposal, that succeeded in securing funds from USAID for a project aimed at improving the delivery of municipal services to the people of Southern Punjab, Pakistan. Award given to recognize the impact on the beneficiaries as a result of this contribution and for helping AGHE secure funds worth 8.5 million Pakistani Rupees, the largest amount they had ever received since their incorporation.
