Faisal Wali is an administrative and academic professional with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. He is responsible for external stakeholders’ management of the university. In addition, he is a faculty member of School of Business and Economics and teaches HRM and Entrepreneurship. He has completed MBA degree from Cardiff University, UK and Business/Enterprise & Poverty Certificate focused in Business, Enterprise & Poverty from HEC Paris, France.

    • Recruited and trained 50 Protocol Officers and 1300 volunteers for 1 month according to Olympic Committee’s standard and coordinated all movement of VVIP’sand participants.

    • Planning, organizing recruitment and selection process. Finalized 325 positions within 3 months from December 15, 2007- March 10, 2008.
    • Employer Branding: Job application rate went up by 322% within a month.
    • As part of HR department received Global HR “Gold Medal” for the year 2008.
