Curriculum Vitae

Ms. Tasnim Rezoana Tanim is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Management in the School of Business and Economics of North South University. She has been teaching at the undergraduate level since September 2012. Ms. Tanim completed her Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations at the Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, UK in 2012. Prior to that, she completed her Bachelor's degree from North South University pursuing dual major in Human Resource Management and Marketing in 2010. She earned the award of Merit at the postgraduate level and the distinction of Summa Cum Laude at the undergraduate level. Currently, Ms. Tanim teaches the courses of Organizational Management, Human Resource Management and International Human Resource Management in the BBA program. Her research interests lie in the areas such as employee job outcomes on the basis of job quality dimensions and work-life balance; and occupational health and safety from organizational and industrial perspectives.
