  • Strong technical skills in artificial crossing, DNA extraction, PCR-RAPD assay, Electrophoresis and UPGMA (Unweighted Pair-Group Method using Arithmetic average): for cluster analysis, Isozymes, Starch Gel Electrophoresis, Biotechnological approaches such as tissue culture, somaclonal variation, agrobeterium mediated gene transfer
  • Extensive technical skill on Isolation characterization and identification of protein from food using HPLC, NMR, Electrophoresis, GC and MS and enzyme technology for food.
  • Extensive experience in conducting research investigation, monitoring, laboratory analysis methods, data analysis and related report writing and presenting in different departmental forums
  • Data analysis skills: Excellent performance in data analysis through SPSS program over the last three years. Apart from using SPSS, I am also capable to analyze the data through using MS-Excel, MSTAT-C. In addition, for data entry format I use MS­ Access. I have analyzed data for more than 60 Masters' theses of North South University with great confidence. Moreover, I worked as a `Computer analyst' for the project entitled "Present Status and Future Potentials"-funded by FAO and "Livelihood Status of Rickshaw Puller in Dhaka City"- funded by Ministry of Planning, GOB.
