Samiul Hossain is a lecturer at the department of public health. Samiul completed his MSc in Clinical Psychology from Leiden University, The Netherlands (The oldest university in Netherlands). Samiul is a Clinical Psychologist by profession and trained in different countries including, Bangladesh, Botswana, South Africa, and France. Samiul is one of the few Bangladeshi clinical psychologists who managed to study psychology and practice (with a license) in foreign countries. Prior to take this position, Samiul worked in different countries and different organizations as a clinical psychologist/ program manager. His main research interest falls into the area of adolescents’ psychopathology, early intervention and prevention. Samiul is an ardent follower of sports, loves to visit new places and a bookworm.
