This course is divided into two sections. The oncology section gives the epidemiology, molecular biology and immunology of cancer. Types of cancers, their advanced diagnosis and treatments are covered. The virology section introduces an overview of virology that includes the nomenclature and taxonomy, structure and propagation, and pathogenesis.
