Md Kamrul Hasan is a Senior lecturer in the Department of Management at North South University, Bangladesh. He has completed his MSc in Business Psychology with Merit from Leeds University Business School, University of Leeds, UK. He has also completed his MBA in Human Resources from Institure of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka and BBA from North South University with Magna Cum Laude. He has more than five years of corporate work experience in different roles of HR. His research interests lie broadly within organisational behavior, employee performance, employee well-being, organisational development and crisis management.
