Dr. Nazlee Siddiqui has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD, 2012) in management from Western Sydney University, Australia. Over the last 20 years, she has led a portfolio of research, teaching, and industry engagement, demonstrating success in leadership and organizational management capacity development. Her research portfolio includes industry funding worth AUS$ 3.1 million, comprising research projects for better knowledge management programs, leadership excellence, and addressing inequity in health and business.

I have joined academia after a successful tenure in Industry. I possess about two decades (20 years) of university academic experience across local and international institutions.
Dr. Siddiqui’s usual teaching areas are Organizational Behaviour, Strategic Management, Business Research Methods and Integrated Healthcare.
I am a mixed methods researcher with a primary focus on two domains of management: one, work environment and human resource development. Two, an integrated health and, social care system. My research portfolio includes industry funding worth AUS$ 3.1 million (where I am a co-investigator) and collaborative health projects (refer to section 5 in this CV). Most of these funded projects, were with Australian Government health bodies. Tin general, my research contributes to workforce capability development and strategic planning in business and health.
During my tenure at University of Tasmania, three Higher Degree Research students have successfully completed their Doctorate and PhD under my supervision.
