Dr. Mohammad Delwer Hossain Hawlader is a medical scientific professional with having 17 years of professional experience, which included more than 11 years experiences in public health research and project management and almost 3 years’ experience of teaching in public health. Currently he has been working as Assistant Professor, Dept. of Public Health at North South University (NSU). Dr. Delwer has achieved PhD degree from University of Tsukuba, Japan in 2014. Prior to this, he has acquired masters in public health from Karolinska Institute, Sweden in 2006 and MBBS from Sir Salimullah Medical College, Dhaka University in 1999. During his research period, Dr. Delwer has worked in International Center for Diarrhoeal Diseases Research, Bangladesh (icddr,b). His research project was mostly based on international collaboration with world renowned universities and funded by different donor agencies. Dr. Delwer’s research interest is maternal and child health, nutrition and chronic disease research. His research articles have been published in reputed international peer reviewed journals and some local journals.
