My academic and practice research interest relates to issues in corporate governance, international trade and economic policy.  Therefore I got myself admitted in LL.M. (Business Law) program of Faculty of Law at the University of Montreal where the whole courses are equipped with rules of international trade, commercial arbitration, security regulation and project investment in mining issues. This extensive business law program enriched me with vast knowledge of international business transaction, international arbitration and I am adamant of facing any complex corporate dispute to resolve. Recently in the year of 2013 I completed another LL.M. in Insurance law from the University Of Connecticut School Of Law. Both academic and practical experience including three specialized LL.M. degrees make me able to contribute sense deeply to interpret the USA, Canadian and Common laws concerning the policies and rules of corporate and regulatory matters in relation with government or statutory bodies. Specially my future research rests on corporate, security, financial service law and law of derivatives.
