The UNHCR is a Global pioneer organization of United Nation which works for settle peace, cooperate in solving international problems, promoting human rights and make conscious people about peace and conflict. October 24th is marked as the UN Day and celebrated worldwide. As part of UN Day celebration, UNHCR is conducting this seminar at North South University.

Professor Dr. Gias U. Ahsan, Pro Vice-Chancellor (D) has kindly consented to grace the event as the Chief Guest and Professor Dr. Abdur Rob Khan, Dean, School of Humanities and Social Sciences will grace the event as the Special Guest.

Mr. Showvik Das Tamal, Associate External Relations Officer, UNHCR Bangladesh will deliver the keynote speech on “Peace and Conflict.”
