Curriculum Vitae

 

Afroja Parvin joined NSU as a Lecturer in Fall 2020. She obtained a MSc in Computational Science and Engineering from McMaster University, Canada, in 2018. Prior to that, she completed Post-graduate diploma in Earth System Physics from International Center for Theoritical Physics (ICTP), Italy. Ms Parvin received her B.Sc in Mathematics from  Khulna University (KU) in 2013 and secured faculty 1st position with highest CGPA in Science, Engineering and Technology School. This achievement adorned her with the Bangladesh Prime Minister Gold Medal Award- 2013 and KU Chancellor Gold Medal Award. Her research interest includes Computational Fluid Dynamics, modelling surface and internal waves of Ocean etc.
