Curriculum Vitae 

 

     Mr. Fahd Bin Zahed was born in a renowned Bengali Muslim family in February 11, 1988. Mr. Zahed had successfully completed both of his Bachelors (B.S.) in Biology and Masters (M.S.) in Molecular Biotechnology academic degrees from the University of Houston, Houston, Texas, USA. Mr. Zahed had trained in professional cancer research at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center- which is considered worldwide as one of the top cancer research institutions. While studying in a graduate school, Mr. Zahed was contributed at research studies in the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Mr. Zahed has significant academic and research experiences in the areas of Molecular biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Bio-informatics, research projects and seminars.     

     Mr. Zahed currently teaches in the nation’s preeminent private university, North South University, as a core faculty member in the Department of Biochemistry and Microbiology. Despite being an academician, researcher, theorist and analyst, Mr. Zahed has sincere interest in humanitarian social engagements. Mr. Zahed has research interests in fields including but are not limited to: Molecular Biotechnology, Immunology, Microbiology, Cancer Cell Biology and etc.
