Thesis title: Molecular regulation of elongator in cancer

Research experience:

â–ª Studying the molecular mechanism by which an oncogenic pathway regulates cancer initiation and progression and searching for potential treatment target. This study was conducted using primary cell cultures and all possible conventional molecular biology techniques.

â–ª Learning advanced techniques like quantitative real-time PCR, western blotting, protein assay, genotyping mutant zebra fishes, viral transfection etc.
