Mahnaz Aftabi Atique is a lecturer at the School of Business and Economics, North South University. She completed her undergraduation from North South University with a major in Economics. Afterwards, she completed her M.A in Economics from Vancouver School of Economics at University of British Columbia.
Before opting for teaching, she has worked as a Business Consultant in Katalyst-Swisscontact and as a Research Associate in Keystone Business Support Company Ltd. She was involved in various World Bank, Asian Development Bank, DFID, IFC projects that focused on development sectors of Bangladesh. Her research interest lies in Development Economics, Institutional Economics and Macro Economics.
