Hamida Mosharraf Moniea is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management at North South University, Bangladesh, and Coordinator of the Career & Placement Center (School of Business and Economics). She holds an MBA in Marketing from New Jersey City University, USA with perfect CGPA, and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Business Management from the University of Worcester, UK. She was inducted into the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society and the Golden Key International Honour Society, USA, in recognition of her outstanding academic excellence. Her research interests include human resource management, organizational behavior, sustainability, and higher education development. She has presented and published widely in Q1 journals, international conferences, and book chapters, receiving multiple Best Paper Awards in India and the UK. Beyond academia, she actively mentors students through career programs and competitions, enhancing employability and leadership skills.
