About

Accomplished academic leader and Professor of Business Administration with nearly two decades of international teaching, research, and institutional leadership experience across Bangladesh, Malaysia, and Japan. Former Director of the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Jahangirnagar University, with a proven record of academic governance, curriculum stewardship, faculty leadership, and institutional strategy. Currently, I am a Professor at the School of Business and Economics, North South University, and also serve as a Professor at IBA, Jahangirnagar University (on lien). Author of over 30 peer-reviewed publications and 8 book chapters (Palgrave Macmillan, IGI Global) in organic agriculture, agribusiness supply chains, strategic cost management, consumer behavior, and higher-education policy. Extensive record of securing and leading internationally funded research projects, doctoral supervision at the international level, and service on editorial and advisory boards of Scopus- and ISI-indexed journals. Recognized international resource person for the Asian Productivity Organization (APO), Japan, and external appointment-and-promotion expert for universities in Bangladesh and Jordan.
