Samuel is a Lecturer at the Deparment of Management and teaches Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management. He is also the Coordinator at North South University Startups Next (NSUSN), an NSU-supported startup incubator that provides a comprehensive support system and industry networking to high-growth technology ventures. In the past, he served as the Faculty Advisor to North South University Young Entrepreneurs Society (NSUYES!), the oldest and the most prestigious club at North South University.

He is passionate about helping young entrepreneurs realize their maximum potential and guiding nascent high-growth ventures towards successful commercialization and product-market fit. At NSUSN, he has guided 100+ startup founders and has helped 6 startups raise around USD 950,000 investments. He has also formed numerous affiliations with entrepreneurship ecosystem builders like Microsoft Startups Founders Hub and EMK Center.

At NSUYES!, he has provided his expertise and guidance to build the future nation builders. He has planned the blueprint of Entrepret, an international entrepreneurship competition that attracts potential entrepreneurs from around the world. He has also designed Entrepreneurship Bootcamp, a rigorous experiential entrepreneurship training that teaches the foundations of starting a high-growth technology venture.

His research interests are in the areas of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship ecosystems in developing economies, university incubators and accelerators, and technology adoption in small businesses. His research utilizes qualitative research methodologies.
